In order to provide access of domestic enterprises to the latest technologies in the field of aviation, the bill (Reg. No. 2563) proposed to remove restrictions on the acquisition of shares by non-residents of domestic enterprises - business aircraft.

During the discussion, the Committee made ??a number of comments on the draft law. In particular, it was stressed that under the current legislation, all industries should be in equal entities.
